Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction

The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis is a non-destructive analytical technique that provides information about the crystal structure of the studied single crystallites. This method is based on the interference of the X-rays and electrons in the atoms of the crystal lattice under conditions of a periodic arrangement of the atoms.
