- 488 nm for cell surface markers, live/dead discrimination, cell cycle (SSC, FITC, AlexaFluor488, PE, PI, PerCP, PerCP-Cy5.5, PE-Cy5, 7-AAD, PE-Cy7)
- 640 nm for cell surface markers (APC, AlexaFluor647, APC-Cy7, APC-H7)
- 405 nm for cell surface markers, live-dead discrimination, cell cycle ( BD Horizon V450, Pacific Blue, DPAI, Violet proliferation Dye, Brilliant Violet 421)
