Mass spectrometer Bruker amaZon SL coupled with high pressure liquid chromatograph Dionex UltiMate 3000 RS using electrospray as ion source is suitable for analysis of low-molecular compounds as pharmaceuticals, pesticides and various contaminants. Analyser type of ion trap is a key advantage of the mass spectrometer for the ability to perform multistage mass spectrometry experiments. HPLC Dionex UltiMate 3000 RS is also equipped with a universal diode array detector for measuring in the UV-VIS area.
