Rozvoj Mösbauerova spektrometru v Regionálním centru pokročilých technologií a materiálů (RCPTM)

Researchers of the Palacký University in Olomouc (Czech Republic) have been focusing on the construction of Mössbauer spectrometers since the 1990s, as well as on the development of all necessary equipment as the velocity drives, gamma radiation detectors, electronic synchronization units and software control. Advantages of the spectrometers developed at Regional Centre of Advanced Technologies and Materials include their compact and effective design, without need of deep technical knowledge of the end user, along with the fact that they are very simple to install and operate (on a plug-and-play basis). The MS96 Spectrometers are user-friendly and with possibility of remote control. Another highly important feature is the spectrometer compatibility with all known Mössbauer components and simply integration with low temperature systems and also with cryomagnetic devices.
